I worked with Dawn on an initiative which sought to better understand the individual differences in a small team that provides professional services across the University. The starting point was a discussion through which Dawn explained the benefits of a range of approaches that could be applied and we agreed that the use of the MBTI indicator would be a useful starting point with the possibility of applying this across the team in combination with other strategies e.g. coaching.
