The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI ®) is a self-report personality questionnaire designed to make Jung’s theory of psychological types understandable and useful in everyday life.
Taking the MBTI questionnaire and receiving feedback from us will enhance your self-awareness and will help you to appreciate the differences in others thereby enabling individuals and groups to work together more effectively, improving communication and reducing conflict. MBTI can be used in one-to-one and group settings, and has a wide range of workplace applications including:
- Individual development and coaching
- Career development and exploration
- Management and leadership development
- Team building
- Organisational change
- Improving communication
Completing the MBTI profile and receiving personal feedback from Dawn has been an invaluable process. It has helped me gain further insight into my own preferences and how these might impact on those around me.”

My MBTI session was excellent. Dawn was very professional and knowledgeable about MBTI. She immediately put me at ease and the feedback session was very thorough, interesting and enjoyable. Working through scenarios and determining how I would act in those circumstances enabled me to clearly confirm my preferences and my ‘type’. I am going to share my ‘type’ with my manager and work out what we can do to enable us to work together in a way that acknowledges and benefits from any differences.”

I worked with Dawn on an initiative which sought to better understand the individual differences in a small team that provides professional services across the University. The starting point was a discussion through which Dawn explained the benefits of a range of approaches that could be applied and we agreed that the use of the MBTI indicator would be a useful starting point with the possibility of applying this across the team in combination with other strategies e.g. coaching. Dawn’s skills in developing an understanding of the need, along with her enthusiasm and expertise were apparent from the outset and I had a true feeling of being supported throughout. The MBTI work has led to a review of tactics I apply when influencing my team and I continue to work with Dawn to further develop ways of enhancing team performance.”
