I first met Dawn when she worked with me on my Myers Briggs assessment. I found her to be extremely personable, supportive, and very clear with her explanations around the model. I particularly liked her approach in testing out the questionnaire results with more assessment tools – this gave me more confidence in the feedback I received, and demonstrated Dawn’s professional approach to her work. We will be working with Dawn again in the near future , and I know that will prove to be a very valuable and constructive piece of work in our development as a Trust.
